Eligibility

We are looking for Franchisees/Business Partners at different locations in the country to impart quality training to professionals looking to grow in their careers. The Franchisees will essentially be entrepreneurs running the coaching activity as their own venture. They will operate under the guidance of nucleusIMS using the nucleusIMS brand name, nucleusIMS material and the formidable online courses and online tutoring content/methods developed by nucleusIMS.

• Person looking out to start off on his own or already in his own business - and with a basic interest in and aptitude for education. Preference will be given to professionals with MBA or MS from premium university like ISB, IIM and 2+ Years of work experience.
• A lot of drive and a burning desire to make it big.
• Commitment towards quality of the course and interest in the future of the students.
• Personal involvement in the nucleusIMS franchise and its day to day running/operations.
• Office (own/rented/business centre) (minimum 1000 sq feet) with a telephone.
• Ability to invest about 5 to 10 lakhs-one time.
• Willingness to recruit the required number of personnel for running the centre -- the minimum staff required is one counselor, one marketing executive and one office boy.
