Ms. Sameera Telukunta, Partner and Director for Information Technology (Process)

Ms. Sameera Telukunta is a Founding Partner and is responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control aspects of Software Process Development and has several years of experience as an IT Analyst in varied roles and functions before becoming a part of Nucleus Group. She is an Expert in Finance and Banking domains and has lead several Prestigious Projects like BASIX, used by more than 100,000 users locally.

She has worked for several organizations like Sathguru Management Consultants, IBM for several years before joining Nucleus Team. She has completed her Masters from Sri Venkateswara University and Bachelors from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Dr. Srinivas Telukunta, Partner and Director for Business Systems

Responsible for building Scalable Business and Operations Models for Nucleus Group. He leads Implementation of Business Excellence, Six Sigma and Project Management Systems across the organization and is the Chief Mentor for the Management IT Applications Development Department.

Dr. Telukunta, has rich exposure to various Hi-Tech domains relating to Semiconductor, Solar Industry, Pharmaceutical, IT/IS, BPO/ITES Industries as a Management Consultant. He serves as a Lead Consultant and Corporate Trainer for Management Certifications like PMP, CBAP, ITIL, Six Sigma Black Belt, CBOM etc. He has trained more than 1000+ Mid Level Managers (with average work experience of 8 years) spread across 10+ Countries and 100+ Corporates till date.

Dr. Telukunta has completed his Bachelors from the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT),Madras and his MS and PhD from Cornell University. Post that he completed his MBA from the Indian School of Business(ISB), Hyderabad. He holds various professional certifications which include PMP (from PMI), CBAP (from IIBA), ITIL (from Exin), Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt (from Motorola), Six Sigma Master Black Belt (from International Society for Quality).

Mr. Pradeep Adireddy, Partner and Director for Strategy and Alliances

Mr. Pradeep Adireddy is one of the Founding Partners for Nucleus Group and is an Expert Strategy Practitioner and is responsible for Strategic Marketing, Strategy Formulation & Execution and Alliancing opportunities with Nucleus Group. He has been acting both as an Advisor and an Expert for ongoing concern and Blue Ocean Business Opportunities for Nucleus Group from inception.

Prior to joining Nucleus Group, he has diversified experience from Industry leaders in IT, Insurance and BPO sectors. Mr. Pradeep is a Bachelor’s from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).

Mr. Raghu Kumar Katakam, Partner and Director for Information Technologies (Products)

Mr. Raghu Kumar Katakam is one of the Founding Partners for Nucleus Group. He has deep experience in developing Applications across all verticals and has successfully executed many Projects. He leads the Information Technology Department at Nucleus Group and is responsible for development and deployment of Management related IT products across all the verticals. He is the Chief Architect for “Unleash”, our Flagship ERP Product for Organizational Management and a complete HR Solution suitable for both Mid Size and Large organizations to make their Projects and provides Operational Excellence Tools.

Raghu holds a Bachelor’s from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) and a Master’s from Indian Institute of Information Technology(IIIT), Hyderabad in Information Technology.

Mr. Ranjan Bhatnagar, Partner and Director for Training and Development

Mr. Ranjan Bhatnagar is a Professional Corporate Trainer having more than 20 years of rich experience in conducting Certification Workshops for Oracle, MS.NET and Java. He has worked with several organizations and is able to bring real life experiences into class room workshops and leads the IT Certification needs for various Corporates. Mr. Bhatnagar is responsible for the Learning and Development at Nucleus Group.

Mr. Swamy Naidu, Junior Partner and Head, Product Development

Swamy Naidu has joined Nucleus Group in 2009 and since then held several Management Positions. He is an Accomplished Solutions-Oriented Leader with expert level skills in Managing an IT Department with notable success directing a broad range of Corporate IT initiatives to drive efficiencies and strengthen the business.

Swamy has hands-on experience leading all stages of System Development, Implementation, Business Analysis, Project Management and System Administration and is adept at establishing effective Policies and Procedures, Project Documentation, Milestones and Business Specifications. An expert in Software and Systems Product and Business Development in Infrastructure as a Service in WEB 2.0 platform. Swamy Naidu has received a Bachelor’s degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University(JNTU) in Information Technology in 2009.

Mr. Arun Reddy, Junior Partner and Head, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Arun Reddy has several years of experience in Sales & Marketing and is responsible for the Development and Performance of Sales activities in selected markets. He is accountable for Staffing and Directing Sales Teams and provideing Leadership towards the achievement of Maximum Profitability and Growth, in line with company vision and values. He takes care of all administrative aspects of Sales and Marketing for the Nucleus Group.

Mr. Arun reddy is an expert in the areas of Sales Management and has completed his Bachelor’s from St. Franics Xavier Degree College (Hyderabad).

Mr. Chandrasekhar Anabham, Junior Partner and Head, Design Department

Chandrasekhar has been a Senior Web Designer with more than eight years of Industry Experience in the Design aspect of Software Development and Creative Art Work. He has expertise in all stages of Web Designing including Project Planning, Design-comps and Final Development. Ability to understand the Clients’ needs and be able to assist in the successful achievement of their objectives are his key strengths.

Chandrasekhar holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Andhra University.

Ms. Archana Yeruva, Junior Partner and Head, Office Management

Ms. Archana has got vast experience in the industry and is the Head of the Office Management unit in Nucleus Group. Archana is an expert in Strategic Goals Development, Tactical Goals Accomplishment, Sales Force Alignment, Channel Development, Competitive Analysis and Strategies, Tactical and Strategic Marketing Initiatives.

Her knowledge in Software Product Development methodologies, Interfacing with End Customers is a great advantage to the organization.

Archana holds a Master’s Degree from the Osmania University, Hyderabad and holds a Degree in Computer Science from Kakatiya University, Warangal.

Mr. Srikanth Kumar Kota, Director, Management Consulting

Srikanth is a Lead Consultant for several Organisations as a part of Nucleus Group in Project Execution and Management. He serves as a Corporate Trainer for Management Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, CBOM etc. He has trained more than 500+ Mid Level Managers (with average work experience of 8 years) till date.

He holds various professional certifications which include PMP (from PMI), , Six Sigma Black Belt (from ASQ)), ISO QMS Lead Auditor, PGCPM from IGNOU and Oracle Primavera P6 from Oracle University.

Srikanth has completed his Bachelors in Engineering and has done his MBA in Marketing and Operations. He has worked in diversified industries like IT/ITES, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail and Education Sectors. He worked in several Senior Mangement roles relating to Project Management, Business Excellence and Quality Management
