Once the technology is installed, configured and ready for deployment, Project Assistants provides instructor-led training to four suggested audiences: stakeholders, project managers, team members and server administrators. Project Assistants utilizes its change management methodology to drive adoption so Microsoft Project Server technologies become a part of your organization's project and portfolio management culture. Delivery includes shoulder to shoulder mentoring of end-users and executives to speed the learning curve, identifying and overcoming change management hurdles as they relate to project management, and overall improvement of client bandwidth to maximize executive investment in Microsoft Project Server technology. Additional support activities that help drive adoption often include the following:
- Help Desk support for those using the Microsoft Project technology
- Hands-on Microsoft Project Server Administrator education
- Client-specific process integration, including technology adjustments that result from this integration
- Expert guidance to ensure assimilation of new technology and approach
- Provision of on-site expertise that does not exist in house, to improve the application of this technology so that projects are better managed and have greater visibility, and to ensure the necessary metrics and key performance indicators are in fact developed and supported
