Microsoft EPM Solution Technical Support

Project Assistants provides the technical support necessary to facilitate proper use of the Microsoft Office Enterprise Project Management (EPM) suite of products (including Microsoft Project Standard, Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft Project Web Access, and Microsoft SharePoint Server). In addition, we are already prepared to support the newly released Microsoft Project 2010 family of products. We provide responsive technical support on-site, and via the web and phone.

 

Project Assistants maintains an expert pool of technical talent that provides appropriate technical guidance, from simple functional questions (e.g. how to interact with the product) to more complex issues (e.g. pertaining to the products' underlying technologies -Win Server, Exchange Server/Outlook, SQL, Windows SharePoint Services, and others) .

Additional support activities that help drive adoption often include the following:

  • Help Desk support for those using the Microsoft Project technology
  • Hands-on Microsoft Project Server Administrator education
  • Client-specific process integration, including technology adjustments that result from this integration
  • Expert guidance to ensure assimilation of new technology and approach
  • Provision of on-site expertise that does not exist in house, to improve the application of this technology so that projects are better managed and have greater visibility, and to ensure the necessary metrics and key performance indicators are in fact developed and supported
